Toelichting op bijdrage bestemmingsreserve bij project ’t Suyt 2

De bouw van 48 sociale huurwoningen in ’t Suyt 2 is voor Woonpartners Midden-Holland een belangrijke stap in het realiseren van betaalbare woonruimte in de regio. De druk op de woningmarkt is hoog, en de behoefte aan goede, toekomstbestendige woningen is groot. Voor dit project zijn aanvullende kwaliteitseisen gesteld op het gebied van onder andere ruimtelijke inpassing, uitstraling en duurzaamheid. Deze eisen dragen bij aan een hoogwaardige en samenhangende wijk, maar brengen ook extra kosten met zich mee.

Ja, als uw woning is gebouwd voor 1994 en u zegt de huur op, dan controleren wij uw woning op asbest.

Zegt u de huur van uw woning op?
Dan ontvangt u van ons bericht. Als uw woning gebouwd is voor 1994 kan er asbest zitten in of onder de vloeren en de trapbekleding. Denkt u hierbij aan tapijt, plavuizen, laminaat, vinyl en hout. Bij de opname van uw woning kijkt onze verhuismakelaar wat hiermee moet gebeuren. Laat u vloerbedekking en trapbekleding dus liggen tot het is bekeken.

Zegt u de huur niet op, maar hebt u het vermoeden dat er asbest aanwezig is?
Neem dan contact met ons op en ga zelf niet aan het materiaal zitten. Laat het door een medewerker van Woonpartners Midden-Holland onderzoeken.
